SCFA Deep Dive
Let’s discuss short chain fatty acids. We see them all the time on our stool test results. What do the SCFA really do for the body, in the gut and systemically? What is the best way to increase their production; what harms their production? What are the signs/symptoms/conditions that we might expect to see if the SCFA are low or imbalanced? This lecture will be a deep dive into these vital but not well understood substances.
